is the inner of a human being that is pure and genuine.

If you've been loved by others, that means you're doing something good but if you've been hated, that means you're doing better. It proves that people loves you for a thousand of good deeds you did but they will hated you for a single mistake you committed. For me we as a rational being is naturally can commit mistake if we think it seriously or because we do it because of something that occur accidentally that for us to do it even it is bad. Any situation has a proper and right way to overcome the problem so before you do something think many times because everything you did has a consequence that will come out.
